Retail investors often overlook management quality of companies because they usually do not get access to a company's management. They generally lack the network to source relevant feedback/inputs about the management. Investors also carry the misconception that a company management, which pays regular dividends, is good without realising that the company might be paying dividends by borrowing funds primarily to benefit promoters/majority shareholders.

It is a rare opportunity to learn how to assess the management of a company by using data that is freely available. A session from a rigorous stock picker, speaking in public for the first time, that you simply cannot miss.
